| Panorama India with the support of the Consulate General of India is celebrating the 60th Anniversary of India's Independence day at Yonge-Dundas Square, Toronto on Sunday, August 19th 2007. The festivities will begin with a 2 KM parade through the streets of downtown Toronto, and will culminate in a day long festival of music, dance, food and fun. Various Indo-Canadian cultural associations and groups, representing various states, regions, and parts of India, are participating in this India @ 60 celebration. |

| It is a free event. All are welcome. Please come with your family and friends to the parade and festivities. Represent your state or the region in the parade by wearing the state costume or a traditional garb. |

| Parade Assembly starts at 10:00 AM. All parade participants are requested to be at YDS, latest by 10:30 AM. Register yourself for the parade at YDS, and you may win a raffle prize.
The flag hoisting will be done by the Consul-General of India Mr. Satish Mehta. That will be followed by a parade through the streets of Toronto. |
